As an accomplished Human Resources executive with strong business acumen, Maureen brings a wealth of experience over her 25-year career in the profit, public and not for profit sectors on a national and global level. She has led small to large enterprise change initiatives from inception to deployment, driven by changes in strategy, process, systems and/or structure transforming businesses such as LexisNexis, Loblaw, WWF, Levi Strauss, Direct Energy, Husky Injection Molding and Workers Safety Insurance Board (WSIB). She served on and chaired several Boards including Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), Touchstone Youth Shelter and the Toronto Organizational Development Network.
Early in her career, she was a corporate trainer at WSIB where she designed and delivered leading-edge programs to hundreds of leaders, capitalizing on their strengths and investing in their professional development. Drawing on her experience leading strategic change, leadership development and many years of mindfulness practice, Maureen works with business owners and leaders to enrich their well-being and performance saving them time, building better teams, increasing profitability and growing revenue.
Today as a certified business coach and trainer, Maureen is obsessed helping entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders create the business and life they envision, all within balance, prosperity and happiness.
